There are several services from which you can order a meal to be delivered directly to the Hills. One we really like is Instead of Flowers. Also, if you can, make a meal, bring it over and share it with them - it's a great way to show them love, support and fellowship.
Foods they like for breakfasts, lunches, and snacking:
- Make them a meal
- Have a meal delivered or
- Deliver groceries or have groceries delivered to their home

Foods they like for breakfasts, lunches, and snacking:
- Bagels and cream cheese (everything bagels, garlic, or plain)
- Croissants
- Cereal ( or equivalent of name brand) - Honey Bunches of Oats, Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms (don't judge me)
- Instant oatmeal in packets (for hospital) - I like the strawberries and cream, blueberries and cream, bananas and cream, apple cinnamon, brown sugar...
- Granola bars (any kind but not the super duper healthy ones that taste like carob or something!)
- Veggies for munching - Baby carrots, Cherry tomatoes, Cauliflower and broccoli
- Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (bread, any kind of peanut butter, and strawberry jelly)
- Soup (in individual jars for hospital or for freezing) - tomato, potato, chicken noodle, corn chowder, really just about any kind
- Trail mix
- Trader Joe's Wasabi Almonds (for Kevin)
- Toasted Salt and Pepper peanuts
- Raw almonds or cashews
- Fresh fruit - grapes, bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon, etc. I'm pretty easy when it comes to any kind of fresh produce
- Bottled water
- Keurig Cups for coffee - Chai Latte and Caramel Cappuccino (these are available at amazon and Bed Bath and Beyond pretty easily)
- Treats - ice cream or creamsicles, candy or chocolates, cookies (any large amounts could be divvied up and frozen), etc.
- Dinner - Kevin likes carbs, but they'll eat pretty much anything.
